Overview

Toy Joy Tales, organized Ahmedabad’s first kids’ charity mela, ‘Dil Wali Diwali’, held on October 27th 2024. The event aimed at instilling values of charity among young children. The event invited kids and their families to donate pre-loved items like toys, clothes, stationery, and more. Proceeds from ticket sales also went to charity. The event included live stage shows, play zones, shopping and food arena and other activities as well. Event focused on creating an engaging space for children and families while supporting a cause. Approximately 20+ schools and 10+ NGOs participated, reaching nearly 3,000+ attendees, and making a lasting impact on underprivileged kids.

Objective

  • Event Awareness: Reflect launched an all-inclusive digital media campaign to build initial awareness, targeting potential attendees, sponsors, stall booking collaborators.

Our Approach

Understanding Toy Joy Tales’ vision, event goals, & target audience.

Brainstormed designs that resonated with children & adults, conveying warmth & excitement.

Developed the event’s identity, advertisement, ambient media & stationery including moodboards for print & digital ads.

Launched the branding elements across various platforms, ensuring cohesive visuals in all mediums.

  • Brand Engagement: Reflect designed and distributed promotional content such as reels and posters on social media and creatives for school invites to increase involvement from both students and parents.
  • Promotions: For broader visibility, Reflect amplified the event’s presence through ambient media, cinema ads, print, and online platforms. Video content featuring Toy Joy Tales’ founder, Kanica Agrawal, added a personal touch, enhancing reach, and engagement further.
  • Registration: Main target was to maximize ticket selling and increase the footfall.Reflect executed targeted print, social media boosting and digital ads to redirect them to All Events to streamline ticketing.
